### The settings icon on my Assure Lock 2 is Red or Amber, why?

The settings icon on the Assure Lock 2 keypads is used to inform you of different issues with your lock:

**Gear Icon (****⚙) LED Light Color**

**Lock Issue**

White

Lock is operating correctly

Amber

Lock batteries are low. Batteries need to be changed.

Red
