### **How do I find my entry code?**

You can also follow the steps below to create an entry code for yourself.

1.  In the app, tap the **Guest** icon (![](https://cdn.prod2.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/5f6cab56313fd9001af97923/22103c81ebc7e390a07d21b5ff62e425.png)).
2.  Tap your profile on the screen.
3.  Tap **Entry Code**.

  

  

### **How do I change an entry code?**

1.  In the app, tap the **Guest** icon (![](https://cdn.prod2.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/5f6cab56313fd9001af97923/22103c81ebc7e390a07d21b5ff62e425.png)).
2.  Tap the profile associated with the code you are trying to change.
3.  Tap **Entry Code** for the lock you are trying to change.

  

_❗_ **_You will need have Owner access for the lock you are trying to change the entry codes on._**

  

  

### **How do I change or add an access level?**

You can follow the steps below to change the [access level](https://support.shopyalehome.com/en_us/types-of-guest-access-rkN8k6zdN#) for existing Guests.

  

1.  In the app, tap the **Guest** icon (![](https://cdn.prod2.kustomerhostedcontent.com/media/5f6cab56313fd9001af97923/22103c81ebc7e390a07d21b5ff62e425.png)).
2.  Tap the profile associated with the access level you are trying to change.
3.  Tap **Access Level** for the lock you are trying to change. You can also change the **App Access** on the same screen.

  

💡 **_To change or add an access level remotely, your lock needs to be Wi-Fi enabled._** Your lock is Wi-Fi enabled if you have a Yale Connect or Yale Wi-Fi Smart Module.
